What can I say...simple pleasures. I remember going to the beach and having bhutta with sand in my shoes and some of it on my lips. Pati and Tata used to dig the sand, plant me in and challenge me to get out. If the pit is really deep, you first have to wiggle your toes to make room to Houdini your way out.
Recipe
Place cob of corn on direct fire. Camp or home, it works.
The newly GMmed American corn is well fed and so juicy on each bite.
So...salt, red chilly powder, lemon is the rub.
But pati used to add a few drops of sarso ka tel. For her Bedo tastebuds.
